Periyali

Periyiali Residence Resort, consists of 41 villas and is a unique Resort of Luxury Villas, on a rare and exclusive location. The project is located on the famous beach of Konnos and Cape Greco national Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, making it one of the most attractive part of Cyprus. 

The appios® team was tasked to create a separate identity for the ambitious development, that would set it apart from the OIKOS Group, also designed by the studio. The identity revolves around the “p” letter which transforms abstractly into the shapes of the sea. Finally, a seagull was added, painted in the signature colour of the OIKOS Group.

“For the promotion of the resort, amongst web advertising and various billboards displayed at key locations, a booklet was designed by the studio which includes visualisations of the residences and detailed drawings.”
